Durable structured fabrics suited to pants, jackets, bags, and outerwear.

Corduroy

Our Corduroy is a soft, mid-weight fabric made from 97% cotton and 3% spandex, offering comfort, structure, and a touch of stretch. This fine corduroy features closely spaced, low-profile ridges, giving it a smooth, luxurious feel while maintaining the classic corduroy look.

With two-way stretch for ease of movement, this fabric remains stable and easy to sew. At 200gsm, it provides structure without feeling stiff or heavy, making it comfortable to wear across seasons.

This fabric is ideal for pants, jackets, skirts, structured dresses, pinafores, and overalls, combining durability with everyday comfort.

A versatile addition to any fabric stash, pinwale corduroy blends softness, structure, and subtle stretch.

With its firm drape and hardwearing nature, this fabric is ideal for projects that require extra durability. It’s well suited to bags, totes, aprons, clutches, and craft projects, while still being comfortable enough for shorts, pinafores, overalls, and pants.

This fabric is ideal for jeans, pants, jackets, bags, children’s clothing, and light upholstery projects. The natural fibre texture creates slightly muted prints, giving the fabric unique character and style.

A versatile addition to any fabric stash, denim combines strength, comfort, and timeless appeal.

This fabric is ideal for bags, outdoor cushion covers, pet bedding, fabric plant pots, tablecloths, and other utility projects. Please note this base is not upholstery grade.

Caring for your fabrics

IMPORTANT: Fabric can shrink by up to 10% in its first wash, so we highly recommend pre-washing all fabric before starting your sewing projects. Wash your fabric the same way you plan to wash the finished garment to avoid surprises later.

We recommend washing in cool water (40°C or below) on a gentle cycle, and line drying in the shade. Use a quality laundry detergent without whitening or bleaching agents to help preserve colour, and wash with similar colours.

Some sewists like to use colour catchers when washing knit fabrics for the first time, but this is optional.

Swim fabric care: If you are sewing with swim fabric, rinse and wash garments as soon as possible after exposure to chlorine to help extend the life of the fabric.
