Shipping policy

Processing Time

Due to the preordered nature of your fabric being printed, all orders are processed within 4-6 weeks from the preorder closing date. Once your order has been completed (it has been printed and is ready to be shipped to you), you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. We primarily ship via Australia Post or a trusted courier service.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as postal delays or extreme weather.

Shipping Costs

We offer a flat rate of $15 per order in Australia and $30 to New Zealand.

Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & Lost Parcels

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays. If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@materialdifference.com.au and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

If you select Authority to Leave, you acknowledge that delivery is at your own risk. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to New Zealand. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
